Delivery


Orders placed in our web store can take up to 3-4 days to be picked, packaged and dispatched by our warehouse team.

Items that are made to order i.e. arrangements (potted items) and bespoke items can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Please note, any other items within the order may be delayed until the made to order item is ready for dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched delivery to Mainland UK will be next day.

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take up to one week after dispatch.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the rest of Europe.

Please contact us if you require a tracking number. We cannot guarantee tracking will be available as it is courier dependent.

Returns


If you wish to return an item, please contact us before returning. Products must be in new condition and in original packaging.

We cannot accept returns of items damaged by user error.

If any items are damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We pride ourselves on maintaining good stock levels and ensuring a swift dispatch of goods, allowing you to usually receive your order within just 5 - 7 working days.


DDP Shipping


We will calculate the carriage for your order, which will be charged onto your proforma invoice along with the cost of goods.


Once done, TreeLocate will take full responsibility for the shipment all the way to its destination, covering import clearance, tax payment, and import duty.


With this seamless process, you can receive your goods promptly and without any worries about the following:



  • Nominating a customs broker
  • Paying customs clearance charges
  • Having to pay the VAT and duty upfront before goods are delivered
