Orders placed in our web store can take up to 3-4 days to be picked, packaged and dispatched by our warehouse team.

Items that are made to order i.e. arrangements (potted items) and bespoke items can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Please note, any other items within the order may be delayed until the made to order item is ready for dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched delivery to Mainland UK will be next day.

Orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take up to one week after dispatch.
